Shipping

All the orders coming in are completed asap! They are then shipped the same open business day, or if you order during the weekend or a holiday, they are sent the next open business day!

There is two options when it comes to shipping : the regular shipping without a tracking number or insurance, and the express shipment, with a tracking number and insurance. With the regular shipping, it costs 4$, it takes around 7 open business days and we are not responsible for any loss by Canada Post. The express shipping takes 2 open business days maximum and offers insurances if anything happens, for 10$. When you buy for more than 75$, the shipping is free, and it comes with the express option!

The delivery delay for the province of Quebec and Ontario is 2 open business days, and for the rest of Canada, it takes between 2 to 4 days. For any other countries, it costs 12$ for a parcel shipment and the delay can take up to two weeks maximum.

Please make sure your address is properly written, we can not be responsible for any shipment with the wrong civil number, city or postal code, since we do not have any control once we ship the parcel.
